Regolamento del Concorso
Il Concorso Internazionale d’esecuzione musicale “Leonardo De Lorenzo” ha scadenza biennale ed è dedicato al Flauto. Possono partecipare tutti i cittadini italiani e stranieri i quali non abbiano superato entro il 27 Agosto 2011 i 36 anni d’età. La decisione della giuria è inappellabile. La consegna dei premi avrà luogo durante il Concerto dei vincitori il giorno 29 Agosto 2011 a Viggiano.
I candidati dovranno far pervenire la domanda di iscrizione al Concorso entro e non oltre il giorno 18 Agosto 2011 al seguente indirizzo e-mail: delorenzocompetition@interfree.it indicando: nome, cognome, luogo e data di nascita, nazionalità, indirizzo, numero di telefono e indirizzo e-mail. I candidati verseranno la tassa di iscrizione di 75 euro al momento del loro arrivo alla sede del Concorso. I candidati si presenteranno il giorno 27 Agosto 2011 alle ore 9.00 presso l’Hotel dell’Arpa di Viggiano, muniti di un documento di riconoscimento valido, dove parteciperanno alla estrazione di un numero d’ordine di esecuzione della prima prova. Il Concorso sarà pubblico in tutte le sue fasi. Le prove si svolgeranno presso l’Hotel dell’Arpa.

Rules of the Competition The International Competition “Leonardo De Lorenzo” is dedicated to the Flute and will be biennial. The contest is open to all flutists, from Italy and foreign countries, under the age of 36 on 27 August 2011. The judges’ decisions on the winners are final. The awards will be presented at the winners’ concert to be held on 29 August 2011 in Viggiano. The deadline for applications is 18 August 2011. Send application to the following e-mail address: delorenzocompetition@interfree.it specifying: first name, last name, place and date of birth, nationality, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Contestants pay the enrolment fee of 75 euro when they arrive at the contest venue. The participants must present themselves at the Congress Hall of the Hotel dell’Arpa in Viggiano on 27 August 2011 at 9 a.m. with a document of identification, where the order of performance of the preliminary stage will be drawn. All stages in the contest will be open to the public. The Competition will take place in the Congress Hall of Hotel dell’Arpa. Official pianist: Paola Pisa. Participants may bring their own pianist. Come raggiungere Viggiano / How to get to Viggiano
L’Amministrazione Comunale di Viggiano metterà a disposizione dei candidati al concorso, a titolo gratuito, un autobus da Napoli per Viggiano il giorno 26 Agosto 2011. Tale autobus partirà dall’Aeroporto Capodichino di Napoli alle ore 16,00 e dal piazzale antistante la Stazione Ferroviaria Piazza Garibaldi alle ore 17,00. Coloro che intendono usufruire di questo servizio sono pregati di darne comunicazione all’atto dell’iscrizione al concorso, specificando anche il numero di eventuali accompagnatori.
Informazioni sui mezzi di trasporto pubblici per viaggi individuali possono essere richiesti alla Segreteria del Concorso.
The Municipal Administration of Viggiano will place a bus at the contestants’ disposal, free of charge, from Naples to Viggiano on August 26th, 2011. This bus will leave from Capodichino Airport at 4.00 p.m. and from Piazza Garibaldi in front of the Railway Station at 5.00 p.m. Contestants who want to take advantage of this opportunity are gently requested to inform the Competition Secretary with a note in the entrance form, also specifying the number of possible companions. Informations about public transport for individual trips to Viggiano can be requested at the Competition Secretary.
